Rudy’s Smokehouse BBQ was born in December 2004, and is the latest concept development from Mitchell-Peterson, Inc. that has been “serving up” excellence for over 30 years. Rudy’s culinary experts are on standby ready to create a unique experience inside and out of the BBQ world. Using the freshest ingredients for all of our menu items, we are sure to please!
Rudy’s Smokehouse BBQ is open Sunday-Thursday 11am-9pm, Friday-Saturday 11am-10pm. Stop by and enjoy our mouth watering, finger-lickin’ smoked pork, beef and St Louis Ribs. Our recipes all start with fresh-cut meat, hand-rubbed and slow cooked and smoked for hours upon hours. All served with our homemade sweet, hot, inferno, honey mustard and Carolina BBQ sauces.
